Business Growth Manager

We are a dedicated team of traders and software engineers working to democratize algorithmic trading for the retail investors. AlgoMerchant is the global online marketplace for trading systems. Our platform provides direct access to the best trading systems developed by traders from all over the world. A diverse range of trading systems are available to trade products from Equities and CFDs to Futures and Forex. We facilitate retail investors to tap the best 'Alpha' to manage their personal trading accounts with complete simplicity. The AlgoMerchant platform and the team is now ready to serve every investor's needs in their journey to trade.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a partner-driven go-to-market strategy for how to scale the distribution, implementation and customer-success for AlgoMerchant.
  • Full cycle role from prospecting to building relationships with the right stakeholders to working with IT and legal to structuring deals and taking them all the way through a product launch.
  • Manage regular campaign such as events, advertisement, referral, and affiliate programs.
  • Drive traffic and acquire customers through digital marketing, PR contents, and traditional media.
  • Run analytics and tests to measure marketing campaign.
  • Engaged in direct sales with customers in product seminar.
  • Customize strategies and contents to target various client segments
  • Optimize conversion rates at every step of the funnel.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify clients' preference.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with product, partnership, or business development in financial or technology companies
  • “Out-of-the-box” thinker with the ability to test and execute new hypotheses and projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin is a must
  • Ability to define, develop and lead large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Able to drive product campaign and directly engage customers
  • Extensive experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, and schedule development
  • In depth skills to use tools such as Google Analytics, Ad Words, Facebook Analytics, etc is a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel

Salary

5000 - 5500 SGD
