Business Development Manager (Hong Kong)

Responsibilities

โ—           Identify, research and generate highly qualified leads against the company's Ideal Customer Profile

โ—           Set up meeting for a quota-carrying colleague and see it through

โ—           Update sales notes and processes in the CRM, religiously :)

โ—           Be at the front-line and provide a solid understanding of our technology and partner technologies

โ—           Watch the competitive landscape and identify how the company can position itself ahead of trends

โ—           Work closely with other teams (i.e. Customer Success, Product etc) to better understand the value proposition, development opportunity (business, product etc) with an end-goal of providing a high-touch experience to prospects and/ or clients

โ—           1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity (nice to have)

โ—           Not afraid of rejection -- it happens even to the best salespeople!

โ—           Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English (Cantonese and is a plus)

โ—           Detail-oriented and analytical

โ—           Strong team player, but still a self-starter

โ—           You are tech-savvy -- learning new tools does not scare you!

โ—           You are driven and eager to learn, adapt, and perfect your work

โ—           You want to help and serve our customers - they win, we win
