BeMyGuest is looking for an experienced B2B Customer Success Manager.
In this role you will be ensuring the success of our current B2B API customers by making data driven decisions. You will be working directly with our Director of Business Development and Innovation.
The successful candidate for this position will be self-motivated, strategy-oriented and highly performance driven.
Essential Job Functions
Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers needs first.
Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Work closely with tech teams and clients to ensure smooth API integrations.
Communicate with distribution partners and CS teams to ensure all enquiries are followed up.
Proactively suggest new products to increase engagement and sales for our distribution partners.
Develop Business Cases, forecasting, scenario planning, ROI analysis, spreadsheet and financial modeling for our each distribution partners.
Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention.
Develop Customer Success assets and methods, and work with product marketing to create new or refine existing onboarding materials.
Help drive customer references and case studies.

Skills & Experience
3+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing customer success, account management or strategic consulting organization. API experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships.
Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
Consistent track record in successfully managing key accounts and driving revenue.
Outstanding analytical skills, must be able to use data to identify underlying trends and make informed commercial decisions and product recommendations.
Solid understanding of APIs, and other relevant online distribution products/ technologies.
Self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced and results driven environment.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent skills in Excel.
Excellent English written and oral communication skills (persuasive communication skills, outgoing, well-spoken, professional, friendly and courteous).
Speaking an Asian language will be a plus.
