BeMyGuest is looking for an experienced B2B Performance / Growth Marketing Manager.
In this role you will be making data driven decisions around acquiring, activating B2B customers and driving API and new product usage. You will be working directly with our Director of Business Development and Innovation.
The successful candidate for this position will be self-motivated, strategy-oriented and highly performance driven.
Essential Job Functions
Review new and current distribution partner sites, apps and provide recommendations on how to best display and drive sales of BMG products.
Work with UX, product and design teams to provide optimized recommendations for distribution partners.
Drive and monitor tests to improve results for distribution partners.
Develop Business cases, forecasting, scenario planning, ROI analysis, budget optimization, spreadsheet and financial modeling for our products.
Help define new product features with management and tech teams.
Know the funnel inside and out: Acquisition, Activation, Revenue.
Design digital campaigns that reinforce and complement our brand messages and are optimized for new customer acquisition for our B2B products.
Represent BeMyGuest at trade shows and industry events.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing, growth and/or demand generation of a B2B product or service.
Consistent track record in successfully managing key accounts and driving revenue.
Outstanding analytical skills, must be able to use data to identify underlying trends and make informed commercial decisions and product recommendations.
Solid understanding of APIs, and other relevant online distribution products/ technologies.
Self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced and results driven environment.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent skills in Excel.
Excellent English written and oral communication skills (persuasive communication skills, outgoing, well-spoken, professional, friendly and courteous).
Speaking an Asian language will be a plus.
