Moving Walls is located in Cyberjaya and Kuala Lumpur. We are a media solutions company like no other. We connect brands to consumers using integrated media solutions, especially using our engagement screens which are some of the largest in Malaysia. “Moving Walls” is essentially what we do – giving life to buildings by enabling outdoor screens to engage with its audience. 1. Coordinator: 

  • Support regional clients / media owners enquiries
  • Work with all departments to ensure all enquiries are fulfilled promptly

2. Data & Inventory Management:

  • Ensure all databases: inventory & CRM are accurately and timely entered
  • Preparations of rate cards for sales (Moving Audiences)
  • Keep updated record of media inventory, which includes reservation & management
  • Update relevant teams if any media assets are not available for booking
  • Manage day to day operations including company media assets
  • Deployment of beacon used in media assets: LAMA (beacon)

4. MO Contract Management

5. Post booking operations:

  • Booking schedule
  • Content flow
  • Proof of play
  • Revenue share

6. Produce timely weekly reports on status of above matter

7. Aid marketing & sales team in creating proposals for clients/media owners


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Higher Diploma in Business Administration/Entrepreneurship or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of working experience (preferably in the advertising field)
  • Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Melayu
