Customer Success Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Provide internal and external support through email, chat and telephone communication to resolve client queries/requests on a daily basis.
  • Follow up closely on customer's enquiries and requests to ensure resolution.
  • Establish and maintain good rapport and relationship with valued customers.
  • To keep track of customer interactions, some data entry and administrative work.
  • Takes initiative to ensure customer service experience is well achieved within own effort and commitment.
  • To periodically send out updates and notices to customers.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements

  • Paper qualification is something nice to have but not mandatory. We welcome high school graduates as well!
  • We love coffee like we love good code and supply you with bottomless cups of freshly brewed cups of Java!
  • Customer service experience is preferable but not mandatory
  • High aptitude to learn and adapt to new environment and challenges.
  • Good communication skills.
