  • Preparing personal file(s) for new hire.
  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment and on-boarding process. i.e interview schedules ,tracking , create and maintain user profile in HRIS.
  • Update Training Database in HR Connect and HCM shared folder.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activity.
  • HR administration duties – filing, prepare documents as and when required/requested.
  • Handling of office management related tasks. 



  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • Keen to contribute and build a fun and belonging culture and working environment
  • Willing to handle office management tasks
