Responsibilities

  •   Oversee the overall management and running of The Luxe Nomad (booking site) operations (with focus on Reservations, Online Marketing and Concierge)

  •  Work  with the CEO and COO in the overall vision, growth and direction of the The Luxe Nomad Group

  • Focus and hands on approach with managing the Central Reservations team

  •  Focus and hands on approach on driving group sales

  • To setup and oversee the SOP for the Property Management segment of The Luxe Nomad Group

  • Oversee the monitoring and QC of customer feedback (booking site + property management)

  •  Assist CEO/COO in other ad-hoc administrative and operational improvement projects

  • Report to CEO and COO

Requirements

  • Savvy, self-starter with a 'can do' attitude
  • Very sales driven and a go getter with closeing deals
  • Confidence as a communicator, presenter, and writer
  • Understanding of the travel market and preferably the villa market
  • Highly honed organisational skills and detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to manage international and regional teams
  • Passionate about travel, innovation and being different; always lead, never follow!
  • Location: Prefrable to be in Kuala Lumpur or Manila, relocation is viable

Salary

3000 - 7000 SGD
