Digital Project Manager

Founded in late 2010 as a small local agency, we has since grown into a company of three offices in Singapore, Vietnam, and Indonesia, consisting of about 30 people. We provide digital solutions to some of the biggest names on the market – McDonald’s, American Express, Tupperware, IKEA, and the likes.

Responsibilities

●     Determine project requirements, constraints, dependencies, success criteria, budget, time

●     Assess project feasibility against requirements, time, budget, workload

●     Define and ensure project objectives are met, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality

●     Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organisation & project objectives

●     Identify opportunities beyond the brief

●     Identify potential project risks and its implication and to recommend mitigating measures to manage the risk

●     Grow and manage our network of trusted partners, independents and vendors

●     Track and report project performance based on predefined metrics

●     Ensure that we are delivering nothing but the best

●     Participate in and encourage knowledge sharing across the team

●     Always find ways to improve the way we work with our clients and each other

Requirements

●      Experienced in leading projects each with a budget of S$60K and above

●      Strong written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills

●      Understand the full project lifecycle of a digital nature

●      Competent with Microsoft Project for timeline creation and tracking

●      Be able to produce well-defined documentation such as SOW, timeline, sitemaps, wireframes, functional specifications - of a high standard

●      Have digital marketing fundamentals

●      Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills

●      Pay attention to every little detail, and not accept mediocre work

●      Able to communicate well with both technical and non-technical audiences alike

●      Consider the big picture, long-term goals and relationships

●      Embrace a culture of openness and integrity

●      Be a positive change agent

●      Be curious, hungry and self-driven

●      Candidates with PMP/relevant certification will have an added advantage
