Customer Service Executive

eatigo - Winner of several start up awards and recognized as the Number 1 discounted restaurant reservations platform in South East Asia, we currently have operations in Bangkok, Pattaya and Singapore and will expand to other markets in the near future.

Responsibilities

o   Document user support processes and FAQs, and work on continuous process improvement

o   Manage all user queries coming in from various platforms including but not limited to online chats, calls and emails

o   Work closely with the Operations team to manage user expectations

o   Generate and analyze user experience reports for service monitoring and improvement

o   Share your insights on the user experience report with the team

o   Contribute to the support team in terms of voucher fulfilment and coordinate with different parties in the fulfilment process – voucher purchase, etc.

Requirements

o   Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role will be highly preferred

o   Excellent Communication Skills

o   Ability to listen and empathize with the situation

o   Good command of spoken and written English

o   Resourceful and capable of learning fast and independently

o   Open to flexible working arrangements (e.g. Friday to Tuesday)
