Responsibilities

  • Manage customer/merchant service through a range of communication channel (phone, email, social media).
  • Follow up sales & after sales, ensure a smooth customer/merchant on boarding process.
  • Involve in company's e-commerce operations - handling, fulfillment, inventory, logistic, customer service.
  • Liaise and coordinate closely with all related departments to ensure customer & merchant satisfaction is met.
