Director of Sales and Operations

We are looking for a Sales Operations enthusiast to manage and drive our efficient sales organization to optimize sales activities in Malaysia office, Rewardz Benefits Sdn Bhd. We need someone who can take a critical look at inbound and outbound campaigns, events, trial prospects, and lead generation. We’re also excited for you to develop appropriate databases, resources, and lists for the sales team.

Responsibilities

·       Develop a comprehensive vision, mission, and plan for sales operations, including the scope of activities, expected financial enhancement attributed to sales operations, and resources needed to realize quarterly and annual plans

·       Provide overall leadership and management of Sales Operations to cover: systems, 3rd party vendors, operational execution, reporting, policy development and management

·       Identify, continuously improve, and integrate all sales processes and policies, including but not limited to, lead management process, commission policy, performance reviews, sales recruiting and hiring, etc. Develop and continuously improve upon a process repository

·       Develop and execute standardized sales performance reporting and analysis with the goal of making specific recommendations to support management decision making. The scope of sales performance management will cover a multitude of matrixes. Develop and maintain standard daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the sales team

·       Develop and execute a comprehensive, continuously improving sales training program and program materials to outside sales and account management including orientation, product and market training, cross-selling, new product integration, sales skills training, etc. Develop and continuously improve a training repository

·       Build a thriving Sales Operations competency within Rewardz to enable our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to prosper

·       Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers

·       Implement comprehensive pipeline reporting tools tracking opportunities from lead generation to revenue realization, account development, and retention

·       Own lead distribution and management in collaboration with marketing and sales

·       Lead cross functional initiatives and collaborating closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance

Requirements

·       BA/BS required; minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Operations in the technology and/or marketing space

·       Excellent analytical, business intelligence skills

·       Experience building a sales operations organization that continually improves delivery to our customers

·       Demonstrated focus on being able to translate data and metrics into predictable business insight

·       Ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the sales organization’s efficient operation and success Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communications skills

·       Determined to create a performance and metrics focused culture

·       Team player that understands success rests on helping others to be successful
