Customer Support Executive

We're looking for someone truly passionate about helping and engaging with Touristly's customers across multiple communication channels that include live chat, phone, email, instant messaging and social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Looking for both "Senior and Junior positions.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Touristly to customers in an approachable, helpful and professional manner
  • Handle customer queries efficiently, promptly and effectively
  • Continuously develop and improve on customer support SOPs, FAQs, Help Centre content and responses
  • Help build a top-notch customer support that can significantly and positively impact the business
  • Providing an amazing, personalised experience to each customer through various support channels such as live chat, emails, phone, social media, etc

Requirements

  • Genuinely passionate about helping customers and making them feel special
  • Positive attitude and able to perform under pressure
  • Strong English, both written and communication skills. Big plus if fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese)
  • Able to learn and adapt new web applications quickly
  • Able to problem-solve and think critically; making the very best of of limited resources to satisfy the customer
  • Able to work closely with teams from other departments (Biz. Dev and Tech Team) and provide valuable feedback for product improvements
  • Able to develop and write SOPs and Help Content for customers to resolve issues on their own
  • Willing to go above and beyond in order to resolve customer issues
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Effectively diagnose and solve day-to-day customer concerns and issues
