At Easyship, we want to tear down the last barrier in international eCommerce: shipping. We believe that any business, regardless of their size, should be able to sell globally. We continue to grow in the Singapore market and looking to recruit a tenacious Sales Accounts Executive to join our SG Team!

You will

GROW assigned market to achieve sales quotas and revenue targets

NURTURE relationships with existing customers and cultivate strong customer loyalty

IDENTIFY opportunities to grow revenue from assigned client portfolio

UPSELL solutions to existing customers and drive adoption of new features

RESPONSIBLE for monitoring performance to maintain number of active clients, prevent loss, increase retention

ANALYZE assigned market performance and produce weekly and monthly reports

COLLABORATE with marketing team on optimizing workflows and marketing campaigns

UTILIZE feedback from customers to improve the product and service offering to maintain market competitiveness

The Ideal Candidate

1-4 years of experience in Sales or Account Management

Tech-oriented. You don’t need to be a developer, but have to be passionate about tech, web, eCommerce, and all its applications.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.. Clear and convincing when you speak, you are also attuned to the nuances in communication.

You enjoy talking to clients, understanding their problems, and closing deals.

Great with people. You’re a natural when it comes to establishing rapport quickly and maintaining relationships. You’re considered relationship savvy.

Strong business acumen. Able to look at the big picture and help clients grow their business.

Results-oriented. High resilience in achieving goals – You don’t take NO for an answer.
