Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

As operations coordinator you are the primary point of contact for our customers and drivers. You will be working closely with the operations team in a variety of areas including customer and driver management, scheduling, technical planning, and other areas as deemed appropriate.

  • Responding to enquiries from customers or drivers immediately and resolve within a short amount of time
  • Tracking daily orders and handling incidents from drivers and customers
  • Making sure that sufficient and accurate driver documentation is received and all on-boarding forms are processed with no errors
  • Providing administrative support to Operations Team as requested by the Operation Manager
  • Assisting in staff meetings; send notifications, consolidate agendas, minute taking

Requirements

  • Must be residing and able to work in Singapore (Work Visa/Permit not provided)
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin is strongly preferred!
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the field of operations, customer service or administrations is required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as cohesively in a team environment
  • Open and transparent style of communication and collaboration
  • Excellent communication, writing and problem-solving skills
  • You know what is it like to provide great service and have patience when dealing with complicated situations
  • Strong organizational/project management skills with attention to details; ability to prioritize and adapt in response to feedback
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Drive preferred
