We’re a tech-based real estate company in Kuala Lumpur. We specifically chose the real estate market because we were driven by the problems we once faced as tenants, owners and property agents. Our vision is to simplify the property search. Through prioritizing qualified tenants/buyers to the right property, we’re convinced that we are able to solve the issues of duplicated listings, fake agents, and unqualified tenants/buyers. We are learning, and trying constantly to add value for our users and the agents wherever we can through different touchpoints, enabling them to make the right choice while maintaining the best user experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Not just as a sales / biz dev role, but you will have the opportunity to work on a breadth of functions and shadow the co-founders and the business development team.

Your job scope is simple; “Do whatever it takes to drive the numbers up, and learn along the way”. That's it. That's what an entrepreneur does day in, day out. It includes writing proposals, pitching to estate agents, selling to customers, tracking analytics, and meeting really interesting people.

This is as realistic an experience as you will ever get to being an entrepreneur without bearing the risk yourself. 

Requirements

  • You're genuinely an enthusiastic and articulate person. A can-do attitude is more important than previous experience.
  • You’re resourceful and self-driven. Previous sales experience would be required.
  • You can cope with a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • You’re proficient in English. Chinese/Cantonese speaking is a double thumbs up.
  • You have your own transportation.
