Customer Service Cum Social Media Manager

Twenty3 is an online fashion destination for girls who embrace femininity in all shapes and sizes. Registered when she was just 23, the name was to serve as a reminder to Sherlyn Tan to never give up on her dream of building a fashion brand to empower dreamers everywhere. In just two years, the store has rapidly grown to become one of the largest in the local industry. This is a rallying call for everyone who has been told that they will never make it: "If you never chase your dreams, you'll never catch them" We emerge as the Winner of the Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin Entrepreneurship Award at the Alliance Bank SME Innovation Challenge 2015 also participate in Kuala Lumpur Fashion week.

Responsibilities

- Enthusiastically handle customer inquiries throughout all social media platform, calls and e-mails.
- Provide genuine assistance to customers regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
- Improve customer overall experience and happiness
- Stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
- Build strong customer rapport allowing customers to connect with the company. 
- Provide administrative support, as & when required.

Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Good interpersonal skills & communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and outgoing personality
- Able to work within strict timeline.
- Proficient in English, Chinese & Malay.
- Self-motivated, target driven & able to work independently.

Salary

2300 - 3200 MYR
