Responsibilities

  • Handling customers’ enquiries, complaints and provide senior level and appropriate responses on behalf of the company
  • Make sure team comply with the Customer Service SOP and cases received are handled and closed within the turnaround time to meet the SLAs
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring departmental goals and KPIs
  • Accomplished customer service human resource objective by recruiting, training, scheduling and monitoring team’s performance
  • Improves customer service quality results by evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes
  • Handling and support the management of site operational issues such as prepare monthly budgeting, expenditure, invoicing and statements

Requirements

1.        Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field

2.        Have experience with committing to and attaining KPIs set for the team

3.        Strong knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint

4.        Fluent in both English and a secondary local language (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil - written and spoken)

5.        Strong leadership, coaching and developing skills

6.        Passionate about contributing to a growing startup in a customer service role and developing high performing teams

7.        Able to actively manage team and situations even out of official working hours
