Marketing Manager

Geniebook is an intelligent multi-platform application that can generate personalised worksheets based on an individual student’s weaknesses at a click of the fingers, on any computer or mobile device with an internet connection. This enables each student to practice specifically on questions that target their own weaknesses within a subject level, at their individual pace of learning. Other than increasing the students’ efficiencies by channelling their effort on concepts they are already strong in towards those they are weak on, Geniebook also covers a very important area of a student’s regular practice and learning, allowing teachers to focus on the art of teaching itself. Beautyful Minds is currently focused on bringing Geniebook to educators, opening the door for higher success in their student's performances.


The selected candidate manages the day to day marketing activities and long-term marketing strategy for the company's education centre arm. We have a chain of physical centres where we use Geniebook to teach students and help them realise their potentials.



  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns
  • Plan and execute the web, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
  • Utilise high analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with the Admission Team
  • Manage creation and publication of all marketing material in line with the marketing plan
  • Maintain effective internal communications to relevant company functions of marketing objectives



  • Bachelor degree
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience learning and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Confident and dynamic personality
  • Strong creative outlook
