Customer Experience Executive-Manager

We are a new generation of entrepreneurs and professionals from Southeast Asia, with the vision of empowering societies of Southeast Asia by disrupting traditional banking. We are a well-funded venture and we aim to expand our platform rapidly across the region (now Singapore & Indonesia and Other countries in furture), by leveraging on our expert network in the US (Harvard and Silicon Valley) and our professional relationships in Southeast Asia.
 

Responsibilities

  • To deliver best in class customer experience that delights, leads to positive word of mouth, drives loyalty and ultimately makes Funding Societies the P2P lending platform of choice
  • Monitor, address and resolve omni-channel customer interactions (live chat, phone, Zendesk, mobile app etc) following customer service best practices
  • Facilitate and process customer onboarding accurately and efficiently
  • Regularly improve the Customer Experience framework consisting of internal processes, tech architecture, front facing platforms
  • Champion the voice of customers within the organization, nurture a culture of customer centricity and share knowledge, ideas, best practices with others

Requirements

What we look for :

  • Soft skills – Empathy, problem solving, creativity, team player and conscientiousness
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Any internal/external customer facing role for atleast 2 years
  • Proven track record in delighting customers
  • Recommendations from previous team mates
  • Multi-lingual proficiency is an advantage but not a must have
  • Only for candidates based in Singapore
