Job Description

The position requires you to provide one on one support to the Executive Director (ED) in the areas of organizing and maintaining diaries, coordinating appointments, dealing with incoming e-mails, screening and handling phone calls when appropriate, analyzing proposals and presenting findings, producing business presentation, building lasting relationships with our partner media agencies, arranging travel, visa, accommodation and additional travelling with ED o organize key meetings. You will also provide full administrative support for the ED’s personal matters. Discretion and confidentiality are therefore essential attributes for the role.
Essentially, you will be the Personal Assistant to an expatriate Executive Director backed with string M.N.C work experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 or more years of work experience as either an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, Administrator, P.R. Executive, Finance Executive or HR executive. 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any related programs; Mass Communication, Administration, Psychology or Management and in lieu of relevant degree, come with an additional 5 years of related work experience
  • An MBA degree would be an advantage
  • Excellent spoken and persuasive written communication skills in English. Ability to converse and write in Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage but not a prerequisite as we have another office manager who helps us on this.
  • Proficient in latest Office Productivity tools (MS Office, Excel, CRM Tools) and New Media Technology.
