Technical Account Manager

Cresco Data is an exciting start-up in the eCommerce space working across industry verticals to deliver omni-channel marketing services to clients across Asia Pacific

Responsibilities

Technical Account Manager duties:

Be the bridge between sales and dev.

●      Client on-boarding

o      Ensure all clients get on-boarded swiftly and efficiently

o      First line of client account support

●      Project management

o      Run and own the project plan

o      Resource allocation

o      Own and improve internal processes

●      Relationship building

o      Develop and grow relationships with partners including advertising agencies & marketplaces

o      Manage and grow client revenue by upselling new products and services

●      Subject matter expert

o      Deep understanding of The CrescoData Platform

o      Develop and grow knowledge of the publishing destinations e.g. marketplaces, Google, digital ad networks

o      Gather customer feedback to assist with product development

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

-        Degree qualified

-        Singapore PR or resident

-        Fluent in Mandarin

-        Computer literate - good knowledge of standard tools

-        Demonstrated use of project management systems e.g. Asana, 10,00- ft

-        Analytical, with the ability to present and explain marketing data and trends

-        Experience in a customer facing role

-        Ideally work experience in a digital agency or eCommerce business

-        Organised good attention to detail

Salary

2500 - 3500 SGD
