Jireh Group is about living healthily through education, information and transformation through community. Since 2015, Jireh has developing the GetDoc and Hippo brands and begun going to market in March 2016. GetDoc is a web and mobile application on Andriod and iOS that enables users to search for doctors based on specialisation, location and insurance coverage. It also has educational materials such as Fit for Travel and Health A-Z right in the app that educates users about health related news of various countries that they are traveling to and a searchable database of 1,100 health conditions right in the hands of users. Hippo is the company's range of IoT devices such as a Pedometer, Heart Rate Monitor and Body Analysis Scales to encourage healthy living through information but more importantly, community. Jireh Group is currently in Singapore and Malaysia and has plans to expand it's reaches to other countries in South East Asia in the coming months.

Responsibilities

“Getting Things Done” Operations Trooper

Plan, direct and coordinate organization’s operations to complete process of getting signed on clients on board an e-platform. You will be responsible for improving performance and execution of the process which includes online applications, on-site software tool training, aggregating client profile information for publishing, invoicing and payment. This job is for a person who is a proven DOER who can get things done and make things happen in a new StartUp company environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure that all workings are executed in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality standards.

Project manage, adhere to and monitor KPIs for timely report

Cater to clients’ or their personnel’s concerns, ensuring feedback and work out solutions

Onboarding the clients which include training of the client's staff how to use our system so a "People Person" would be perfect!

Requirements

Work experience in operations

Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office especially Excel )

Organised and demonstrate record of work consistency

Ability to effectively communicate with people from all levels

Leadership and organisational skills

Disciplined fast learner who is not afraid to pick up new skills, new jobs

We are looking for Singaporeans or Singapore PR to be part of this team. Our company is growing at a very fast pace and we would need someone who is able to join us ASAP! 

Our next target is Indonesia and this is an exciting market which gives us another area to spread our wings! 

Salary

2500 - 3000 SGD
