Founded in late 2010 as a small local agency, we has since grown into a company of three offices in Singapore, Vietnam, and Indonesia, consisting of about 30 people. You’ll be hiring and firing people (with justifiable reasons!), training, measuring, and tracking your team’s performance.
- You’ll be our go-to guy for technical designs and solutions, cost estimation, task management, knowledge sharing, resource allocation, quality control, and so on.
- Your communication skills are excellent in Vietnamese and English, as demonstrated by daily collaborating with your colleagues, reporting to the Board of Directors, and supporting clients.
- You’re ready to relocate to Singapore and help maintain a high technology standard across the board from there.
