Business Development and Team Lead

We are a Singapore and Malaysian based e-commerce startup focusing on the pet food vertical. We are focused on the e-commerce and subscription business models. The company is very keenly focused on the customer service and consultative aspect within the online commerce space.

We are in the job market for 2 positons, a customer service specialist and an e-commerce business development team lead. Our hires will start with an internship; good candidates will be converted into full time staff.

As a Business development manager at Perro Company, you will need to have a broad e-commerce experience with at least one specialty digital marketing, website management & management skills (proven experience fostering teams).

You will also be responsible for relationship management with current vendors and channel partners (SEM, FB, affiliate, remarketing, etc), vetting new partnerships, initiating test campaigns, competitive research, trend analysis and reporting/analytics. We are a small team currently looking for smart, motivated individuals that can take initiative, handle multiple projects and add value as a member of the Perro Company team. Things that will help you be successful in this role: ability to innovative, sense of entrepreneurship, healthy sense of humour, and an unhealthy love of dogs.


We are looking for an exceptional individual with 1 year exposure to digital channel marketing and a passion for pets and the pet care industry, being customer centric is a core part of being in our team.  The ideal candidate can hit the ground running as we work to scale and grow our footprint across all our business units.  Qualified candidates should have experience with:

•                 Selecting, budgeting and managing third party partners

•                 Strategic initiatives and overall management

•                 Product selection and merchandising strategy

•                 Excel

•                 Google Analytics

•                 Google marketing

•                 Marketing metrics and calculations (CPC, CPA, CTR, etc)

•                 Campaign Management in a major marketing channels (SEM, Facebook, Display, etc)

•                 Innovation

•                 Object oriented and able to work independently
