IT Solution Engineer

The services ranges from setting up of workstations and servers, IT maintenance, customization, designing & implementation of enterprise infrastructure network, IT consultation, system integration, corporate branding design, UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) preventive maintenance and software development. Future Senze is a one-stop IT trustworthy vendor that provides hardware and software solutions for you!

Responsibilities

1.     Perform level 1/2 IT support based on SLA.

2.     Perform overseas project deployments.

3.     Prepare technical solutions and proposals based on latest off-the-shelf products.

4.     Attend post-sales meetings with sales manager.

5.     Prepare IT documentations for new and existing customers.

6.     Maintain IT knowledge database for new and existing products to be shared with internal/external clients

7.     Conduct training for end users on IT usage, security, systems, applications and BYOD etc.

8.     Perform Administration duties for all office IT equipment’s.

9.     Update and maintain internal IT knowledge database.

10.  Diagnose Hardware and Software issues and perform repairs/troubleshooting.

11.  Maintain and update IT asset inventory including;

  • Workstation listing and assignment
  • Software and licenses listing
  • Server and network equipment listing
  • Asset Tagging and equipment warranty status
  • Issued IT equipment’s end-users email and contact information.
  • Equipment Loaner
  • Equipment RMA status

 

 

Requirements

·       Diploma/Degree in Computer studies or relevant fields.

·       Candidates with CCNA, MCSC, ITIL, VMware certifications will be preferred.

·       Exceptional networking skills and knowledge (LAN, WAN, WLAN, TCPIP, OSI Layer etc),

·       Self-discipline and responsibility for assigned tasks.

·       Keep up to date by continuous self-learning on new technologies and IT business solutions

·       Good inter-personnel skills.

·       Good customer service skills.

·       Able to adapt quickly to different clients working environment.

·       Independent and resourceful problem solving capabilities.

Salary

2500 - 4000 SGD
