ShopBack Philippines is looking for a Partnerships Manager with a strong background in e-commerce, and proven experience in delivering new partnerships and growing existing ones. This role will form an essential part of our Local Business Development team, delivering high quality performance and brand partnerships that reward our users. Working directly with Banks, Telcos, media, brands direct, and agencies, the successful candidate will work across our suite of products to plan, create, negotiate and deliver best in market partnerships across our platform and beyond.

You will have to: 

  • Identify and prospect new partnerships across the e-Commerce industry, that drive long term value, and are in-line with our ShopBack’s visions and strategy

  • Surface areas for new opportunities with existing partners

  • Initiate, structure, negotiate and close partnership deals

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with business decision makers and internal stakeholders

  • Manage all partnership reporting to generate insights and learnings for each campaign

  • Have a consultative approach to understand marketing and performance needs of our partners

  • Disseminate key learnings to relevant teams and make recommendations to support future success

  • Respond to pitches, tenders, and RFPs


  • MUST have e-commerce industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field

  • +5 years of experience in a business development role

  • Experience in the ecommerce, mobile and/or social media industries is a plus

  • Proven track record of closing deals, and delivering integrated digital campaigns

  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced digital environment


  • Technical knowledge of digital builds and capabilities

  • Strong communication, especially written and presentation skills

  • Ability to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
