Responsibilities

You’re the go-to person

A Business Development Executive/Account Executive at Hashmeta is a relationship person. You will act as a liaison between clients and the agency.

As a company dealing with social media marketing, we are providing exciting opportunities for individuals passionate about shaping the future of social media marketing and word-of-mouth marketing. Social media is a dynamic field, so although you will shoulder some routine responsibilities, your role is going to require you to adapt slightly every now and then. However, this list should give you a good idea of what your day-to-day obligations will be:
 

  • Consultative selling of customized solutions and services to Hashmeta key accounts
  • Close new business and help new clients with on-boarding
  • Leveraging current accounts portfolio but also proactively searching for new prospects
  • Deep knowledge of the product and service offerings, and customer values positioning
  • Developing custom presentations and effective strategies to solve client’s business problems or achieve specific business goals that can be delivered through social media marketing
  • Being constantly up-to-date in social media marketing to assist in the needs of clients
  • Strategic account management and partnership creation
  • Building sales pipeline and related activities (cooperation with Marketing)
  • Lead efforts to retain clients including identifying needs, creating future plans, obtaining signed SOWs in a timely manner, etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of selling experience in a consulting, digital marketing, online media or ecommerce environment
  • Quick learner and always have a positive attitude
  • Experience with consultative selling digital/software solutions is a necessity
  • Proven ability to work in a team and with a sales team
  • Experience working with small business owners and marketers
  • Ability to become the trusted advisor in the social media matters for the prospects and clients
  • Knowledge of Inbound Marketing is a plus
  • Have clear and concise communication skills, and the ability to effectively drive a phone conversation
  • Experience within a direct sales team role that produces and exceeds their goals consistently
