Business Development/Sales Executive

EngageRocket is a cloud-based analytics software that collects and analyses employee feedback in real-time to advise leaders on how to build a better culture, one team at a time.

Responsibilities

EngageRocket is Asia's first funded employee feedback and analytics software providing HR tech solutions to companies around the region. We are seeking an Experienced SaaS Sales Executive to generate new and recurring revenues through the sales and marketing of our cloud-based software service application. This individual will prospect for new business and employ a consultative sales approach.

You will be working very closely with the CEO for the following responsibilities:

  1. Generate new business by prospecting, conducting market analysis and cold calling
  2. Drive the sales process: targeting top prospects, identifying solutions, conducting software demonstrations, negotiating and closing
  3. Act as a “solutions expert” consultant by helping prospects with their unique critical business issues and strategic initiatives, and feeding requirements back to the product owner for development
  4. Work with the CEO to share ideas and new business development strategies
  5. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales revenue goals

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of strategic sales experience, selling cloud based software or b2b services.
  2. Demonstrated track record in closing new business, exceeding sales targets
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver powerful presentations.
  4. Understanding of technology systems, Internet applications, and the ability to interact with senior level personnel.
