Business Development Representative

EngageRocket is the first funded SaaS startup in Southeast Asia to focus on advanced employee feedback analytics. It helps companies build motivated and productive teams, automating the administration and analytics behind employee surveys to provide actionable management insights in real-time.


We are seeking a Business Development Representative to generate new revenue. This individual will prospect for new business through inside sales channels.

You will be working very closely with the CEO for the following responsibilities:

  1. Generate new business by prospecting, conducting market analysis and cold calling
  2. Work with C-level prospects to assess their needs and qualify potential business customers
  3. Work with the CEO to share ideas and new business development strategies
  4. Meet and exceed monthly and annual targets


Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Measurable track record in achievement
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially over email and phone
  3. Self-starter with a high degree of persistence
  4. Passionate about helping build better workplaces using data
