SaaS Sales Executive

EngageRocket is the first funded SaaS startup in Southeast Asia to focus on advanced employee feedback analytics. It helps companies build motivated and productive teams, automating the administration and analytics behind employee surveys to provide actionable management insights in real-time.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a SaaS Sales Executive to generate new revenue. This individual will prospect for new business through inside sales channels.

You will be working very closely with the CEO for the following responsibilities:

1. Generate new business by prospecting, cold calling, leveraging networks, etc

2. Drive the sales process: targeting top prospects, identifying solutions, conducting software demonstrations, negotiating and closing

3. Act as a “solutions expert” consultant by helping prospects with their unique critical business issues and strategic initiatives, and feeding requirements back to the product owner for development

4. Work with the CEO to share ideas and new business development strategies

5. Meet and exceed monthly sales revenue goals

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. 1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, selling B2B services.

    2. Demonstrated track record in closing new business (contract sizes between $10-20K), exceeding monthly sales targets and willing to accept aggressive commission pay

    3. Willing to adopt a performance-based sales model by tracking critical sales metrics and keeping CRM updated daily  

    4. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver powerful presentations and product demos.

    5. Comfortable with technology systems, Internet applications, and the ability to interact with senior level personnel.
