Marketing Executive

MetroResidences is Airbnb for Biz Travellers. We connect asset owners with high-quality private apartments and rent it to corporates at a fraction of serviced apartment prices. Launched in June 2014, MetroResidences has grown to over 400 managed apartments. With a $1 million funding in January 2016 from 500 Startups, we are expanding outside Singapore and will be doubling our team from 25 to 50 in 2017

MetroResidences is seeking a motivated individual as our Marketing Executive. You will be tasked to create brand awareness and product understanding of what MetroResidences can offer to corporate client and asset owners. The key role will be to plan and execute marketing campaigns to increases new sales and new asset owner prospect.

We are looking for someone creative individual, energetic and likes working in hyper-growth Company.


Main Responsibilities

  • Drive brand awareness and leads for customers and homeowners;
  • Conceptualize, planning and execution of marketing campaigns – online & offline;
  • Develop new creative collaterals such as display banners, flyers, and newsletters;
  • Track key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website CTA;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures;
  • Propose creative new projects that attract prospects and convert leads;
  • Organizing photoshoots;
  • Sourcing advertising opportunities and securing sponsorship;
  • Setup strategic marketing partnership to drive business growth.


  • Minimum a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline;
  • Minimum 3 years of related marketing or creative agency work experience;
  • Experience in digital marketing – have managed SEM/SEO campaigns;
  • Amazing flair to work with designer to develop clean and fresh creative collaterals;
  • Good writing skills for content marketing;
  • Excellent communication and people skills;
  • Experience in handling and creating metric reports on marketing activities that detail their effectiveness and business impact.
