In-depth analysis of ongoing social metrics as well as campaigns and event activations across all platforms
Ability to deep dive into consumer sentiments, needs, and activation points.
Pull and analyse social media data natively from multiple social networks as well as multiple third-party platforms. Deep, knowledge and experience with Spredfast, Brandwatch, Google Analytics required as well as general knowledge and understanding of other social data sources.
Develop and implement social listening strategies, community engagement best practices and reporting templates for trending topics and/or crisis communications for the brand
Report on community management, showcasing response and support across campaigns and special events
Understand client business needs, and design appropriate reporting and analysis solutions on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and/or or ad hoc basis.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance at launch, mid-campaign, and wrap-up, sharing insights across marketing teams.
Clearly communicate complex ideas to stakeholders, clients and non-technical team members
Create holistic dashboards for sharing across all levels of client organisations
BA/BS in Data Science, Marketing, Communication, or related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of digital/social analytics role required.

Knowledge of additional third-party social data platforms preferred (Radian 6, Meltwater, Sysomos)
Building and administering detailed and complex reports and dashboards
Setup, testing, launching and scoring of campaigns and programs, and reporting on campaign analytics.
Strong understanding of A/B testing.
