Account Manager (Sales)

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and nurture meaningful business relationships with potential business customers particularly in the F&B and retail sector.
  • Understand the HR an operational needs of prospective customers and explore ways our solution can be beneficial.
  • Support existing customers, ensuring that we are constantly delivering value to them and exploring new ways of engagement.
  • Support and follow Accounts through on go-to-market strategies so as to acquire new business customers.
  • Deliver regular updates on new and potential customers to management.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance objectives consistently.
  • Work with marketing to drive creative and effective ways of engaging our customers.
  • Adapt to change in a highly dynamic working environment.
