Business Development Intern-Fresh Graduate

The Kre8 Group is a portfolio company aiming to develop the 3D printing ecosystem by actively establishing a presence across the entire 3D printing value chain : materials, equipment, services, infrastructure, application and integration. The Kre8 Group currently has 5 startups spanning Asia and Europe in its portfolio, swith valuations ranging from $3.5M to $17M.

We are currently spinning up a few new startups and are looking for talented and passionate individuals to assist in their establishment.


The Kre8 Group is looking to hire a self motivated individual to help us Identify and generate sales leads in our target market segment. In this role, your reponsibilities would include 

  • Managing our Service Bureau Database ensuring the information is up to date and accurate;
  • Identifying key personel with decision making powers in each organisation;
  • Grow our database with new leads in UK, DE, ES, BE, NL and IT;
  • Managing our CRM, and 
  • A few more things.

The role might evelove to lead validation, as such cold calling might also be part of the duty roster.


We're looking for someone with one or more of the following assests:

  • A business background;
  • Startup experience & entreprenial exposure;
  • An understanding of business management & consultancy;
  • Good English written and spoken communication skills, and
  • Creative and capabile of working alone with minimal supervision

Super bonus points for someone with

  • An understanding of 3D printing and its application 
  • An understanding of the 3D printing service bureau industry
