  • Develop, build, manage and strengthen relationships with client base of schools and training institutions (SHS, colleges, universities, technical-vocational schools and institutions offering short courses/certifications)
  • Provide after-sales servicing to different partner schools (face to face, remote servicing, electronic)
  • Prospect and coordinate with Sales Team for new clients via sales call, direct mail, email and networking events
  • Manage client-related projects such as events/school fairs; Participate in conferences and community events to help promote
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues; propose possible solutions and product development related features based on clients’ needs


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 - 2 years of sales or account management experience
  • Access to your own vehicle, valid driver’s license (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision
  • Broad network in the education industry (preferred)
  • Pleasing personality
