Currently, we are seeking a Business Development Assistant to join us in our Singapore office. The position offers great work environment, exciting projects and lots of opportunities to grow.
What will your role be?
In this position you will be primarily responsible for assisting the Sales Manager and this includes (but it is not limited to):
Assist with project based work, preparing and organizing documents, binders, folders, files etc.
Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations for various meetings and presentations
Work as an effective collaborator and team member with: business development, marketing and other operations and administrative teams; groups and industry teams; and outside service providers
Organise, coordinate and follow up on leads
Assist with general administrative duties to include but not limited to: expense reimbursements, e-mailing and filing forms
Assist in drafting and updating marketing materials, including web content and other collateral
Support the PR and communications to via various communication channels
Assist in monthly budget report
Assist in research and creation of diverse documents aimed at shareholders, media, employees
Who are you?
Apart from being well-behaved, responsible and friendly, we look for someone who is a calm communicator, a team player and adores technology. Please note that due to regulations, this position is only open to residents of Singapore (PR or Singapore Passport Holders)
What are your skills?
- you are able to create and update timelines and you are highly organised
- you have sales experience
- you understand communication flows and have advanced writing skills
- you understand media (social media/traditional media,…)
- you are proficient user of IT (Excel, PPT, Dbox, Google Apps)
- ideally you have studied business/marketing/commerce and have 2 years of experience
We give extra points for:
- admin, accounting or finance experience
- additional language is a plus
- familiarity with service/hospitality industry
- familiarity with engineering and technology
