Responsibilities

Short description:

Carro is looking for a passionate & experienced HR professional to develop & implement HR strategies & initiatives that are aligned with business goals.


 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

 

Talent Attraction & Recruitment:

  • Liaise with departments to forecast and manage talent pipelines

  • Attract & recruit best talents to support business needs & goals

 

Talent Management:

  • Streamline & maintain efficient, up-to-date HR systems & processes

  • Manage entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding

  • Manage employee relations & provide professional advice to employees regarding HR-related issues to ensure satisfaction & productivity

 

Organizational Development:

  • Develop & implement strategies that augment and maintain high employee morale, motivation, and performance

  • Foster & reinforce a positive working environment & culture

 

Payroll, Benefits, Performance Appraisals:

  • Process payroll, benefits program

  • Manage performance appraisal systems

 

Office Management & Administration:

-  Office Management & Administrative duties such as applying for employment passes, training claims, NS make-up pay, etc

 

Requirements

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of related- experience handling the full- spectrum of HR duties (Ideally,    
 you would have a tech recruitment background)

- Up-to-date knowledge of Singapore’s labour laws and Employment Act

- Knowledge of HR systems, tools, metrics & best HR practices

- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into HR     
 processes

- Highly motivated, pro-active & resourceful

- Excellent interpersonal skills; Proven ability to build strong, positive relationships &  
 influence all levels in the organization.

- Strong ability to multi-task; Able to effectively manage multiple complex
 responsibilities simultaneously

- Highly meticulous and organized & adaptable; Works well with ambiguity 

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
