Responsibilities

  • Perform admin duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying of documents, mailing, 
  • Perform recordings & data entry into XERO accounting system
  • Create & maintain memos, purchase request, reports, admin records 
  • Handle payment invoices, petty cash, reconciliation
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties as required
  • Apply and Process Grants

Requirements

  • Diploma and above
  • Basic Excel knowledge (Pivot, vlookup, hlookup, formula)
  • Basic Accounting Experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HR policies and MOM laws/regulations
  • Has used accounting software before i.e. XERO
  • Singaporeans and PRs Only
