CUSTOMER SERVICE

Cocoba Pte Ltd manages a rapidly growing group of food and beverage brands including IRVINS Salted Egg (www.irvinsaltedegg.com) & Gacplus Fruit Juice (www.gacplusasia.com). Specialized in #DangerouslyAddictive Salted Egg snacks and sauce, IRVINS is a Direct to Consumer food startup, manufacturing and delivering quality food experiences to our customers through our own online and offline platforms.

Responsibilities

-handle customer service hotline and provide quality customer service experience

-Attend to customer email orders

-Assist in preparing delivery schedules of online orders

-Create, manage & monitor social media / digital marketing content and drive social media strategy.

-Possess good communication skills to create and maintain relationship with customers

Requirements

-Singaporeans/PR only

- Customer orientated with good interpersonal and communications skills 

-Minimum 1-2 year of related working experience in Customer Service preferred 

-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

-Proficient in Microsoft office

Salary

1800 - 2000 SGD
