Responsibilities

The Role

We are looking for a charismatic Telesales executive, who will work with the sales team to maximize the effectiveness of the sales process by generating high quality client leads and working towards agreed set targets. The business success is built upon strong client relationships with some of Singapore’s best-known F&B brands. We continue to pursue rapid growth and need a telesales executive to ensure a high level of sales engagement by prospecting for high potential client contacts and ensuring efficient, professional and timely engagement with them.

 

Key Responsibilities

·        Identify contacts and setup appointments for the sales team with the emphasis on high quality leads

·        Manage and grow the sales pipeline within agreed timeframes

·        Maximize all sales opportunities pro-actively with efficient follow-up

·        Work with Sales and Marketing team members to develop targeted and creative sales pitches

·        Understand all client queries and ensure appropriate products are recommended

·        Manage the sales database with a high degree of accuracy to enable targeted marketing activity

·        Meet and exceed the monthly sales targets

 

 

Requirements

Essential Skills

·        Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

·        Cold calling experience and ability to work to sales targets

·        Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

·        Good organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy

·        Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)

·        Self-starter with drive and determination who has the ability to work in a team

·        Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)

·        Personality and likeability to build a rapport with potential and existing clients

·        Passion for sales and providing excellent customer service
