NOGGIN is in the business of personal data monetizing and privacy. We are creating the first user-owned platform business for personal data exchange. A self-forming marketplace where people are matched to trade directly with businesses’ use of their own data, in exchange for services in-kind, cash-convertible Noggin Credits or other bespoke benefits.

To create this, first we have to develop new user-centered security & privacy-preserving technology for decentralized, autonomous personal data containment, enrichment and portability.

In the Digital Economy, we help individuals monetize and learn from their enriched data; and organizations make use of “true-360” personal data for value co-creation. 


As a disruptor, Noggin does many things quite differently, even when it comes to hiring. We prefer not to have a typical job description but instead we are looking for talents who are passionate about personal data, product building and growth hacking; whom we will then fit the role to the talent.

But generally the role will focus around the identifying, planning and executing of global marketing solutions on our marketplace platform.  Opportunity for the selected individual is the prospect of leading the company’s Global Marketing Solutions business.

Someone who has the experience or  track record, knowledge, skills and interest in:

  • Research, plan, design and execute campaigns for business acquisitions like enlisting of merchants, marketers, advertisers, brands, developers, etc
    • Familiar in use of digital marketing platforms for such acquisitions
  • Identify, propose and drive focused early-adopter programme with startups, SMEs, agencies, corporates, etc in identified special interest groups
  • Cultivate relationships with focus industries for strategic alliances and partnerships
  • Build and generate general public awareness about personal data through use of social media platforms, ideation or co-creation crowdsourcing events, launch of personal data democratization movement, etc
  • Is highly independent, resourceful, driven and creative in problem-solving
  • Has high EQ and interpersonal relationship-building skills
  • Has keen interest, or even better the experience, in building a business from "zero-to-1 than 1-to-N"
  • Having previous sales experiences as a "hunter" is a plus
  • Is currently working in Singapore
