Optimate is a Singapore based technology startup. Optimate offers a Marketing AI platform to help businesses optimise and automate their digital marketing with improved ROI. Optimate is now serving over 100 local and regional clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local SMEs.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly updating of cash flow statements
  • Monthly updating of share purchase sheet with email reminders
  • Issuance of quotations and invoices to clients
  • Processing of employee payroll, commissions, CPF and claims
  • Processing of operating expenses with payment vouchers
  • Updating employee leave records
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by CEO

Requirements

Qualification & Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration or related field (Accountancy and Human Resource preferred)
  • Comply with SFRS and any employment laws governing Singapore in the dispension of their duties
  • Self starter with integrity
  • Solid numeracy skills
  • Can do attitude with a problem solving mindset
  • Good business acumen
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Solid planning, presentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and generate financial reports and ledgers
