Sales Professional - Business Development

We are expanding our team and would like to invite interested individuals to join us for the role of Business Development Manager based in our Singapore office. 

This individual person will report directly to the Managing Director in Singapore

We are seek an individual with the following description:

Key Responsibilities

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the entire sales / business development cycle process from prospecting to close
  • Strong focus on selling to new/prospective clients covering  B2B (Enterprise, MNC and SME) 
  • Nurture accounts to drive revenue growth in key accounts
  • Prospect, identify, develop and build long-term client relationships
  • Solution-sell at various decision-making levels within the clients' organisation
  • Lead the development of strategic proposals to sell in to client
  • Scope and develop proposals that achieve client objectives
  • Collaborate with our internal resources to pitch and deliver client projects
  • Manage communications and client expectations throughout project implementation
  • Keep abreast of latest 3D Printing news and trends
  • This individual will be responsible for financial targets and goals set.
  • This individual must be proactive, street smart, tech savy, diligent and able to come out with a plan of action on how to overachieve and be a performer and contributor to the company.
  • This individual must be able to work independently as a individual contributor with less supervision and sales & marketing resources.
  • This person must work with a sense of urgency and hungry to close sales on a monthly basis.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned that are compatible with skills and experience





The Ideal Candidate

  • You have strong commercial acumen and can uncover client opportunities where business challenges can be addressed with 3D Printing solutions
  • You are an excellent team player and can work effectively with internal team and external client-side for a successful win-win outcome
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and take direct ownership of revenue performance and business results
  • You have a good track record of sales revenue generation and client satisfaction

Key Skills and Experience

  • Must be Singaporean or Permanent Residence (PR) residing in Singapore.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of sales or business developement experience in selling to B2B (Enterprise, MNC and SME) on techology products, services, solutions or applications.                                                                                                                                                                                                            
  • Must have engineering education qualification (Degree or Diploma) and background in any enginerring field like Mechanical Engineering and etc.                                        
  • Highly motivated self-starter, thrive in performance-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently and also work well in a team environment
  • Confident and pro-active with a positive attitude
  • Good negotiation skills with good business acumen
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Passionate about 3D Printing industry and willing to learn
  • Understanding about 3D Printing technology and market is a plus
