Responsibilities

We’re looking for an energetic hands-on Operations Executive to help handle both sides of our marketplace platform – customers and freelancers. For customer service your day-to-day will be handling customer enquiries and cases through phone, chat, social media and email while on the freelancer side you’ll be onboarding and managing the freelancers that supply the services. You’ll also be relied on to provide vital customer feedback to the product team.

To enjoy this job, you should like dealing with people from different backgrounds, organizing chaos and solving complicated situations.

Requirements
