Project Executive

OHMYEVENT is a one-stop solution for all event needs. There is 5 main divisions of specialties at OHMYEVENT to provide a comprehensive range of services including consultation, planning, design conceptualization, show organizing, event management, professional event logistic support and studio production services.

 

Responsibilities

  • To assist in the servicing of a portfolio of accounts
  • Conceptualise and prepare turn-key proposals customized to individual event
  • Liaison between client, designer and other parties leading up to the event, ensuring client and event requirements are met
  • To take on project administration and assist in managing the workflow and timely completion of projects undertaken
  • Onsite execution and smooth delivery of event

Requirements

  • Creative individual with good time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills

Salary

1800 - 2400 SGD
