Manager, Support Services

Responsibilities

The support services role plays an integral function in our ‘company builder’ by keeping operations structured and systematic whilst adding much needed professional administrative support to ventures in incubation stage.

Mountain Partners Malaysia launched on the 1st of October 2016 after the acquisition of Qeerad, a Malaysian startup investment firm with the mutually aligned goal of turning it into a ‘company builder’ model (also referred to as venture builder) and establishing presence for Mountain Partners in Malaysia as we expand our global network into South East Asia.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Managing our professional service providers (Accounting, Company Secretary and Legal)
  • Administrative and HR tasks
  • Preparing invoices to clients and processing bills/payments to vendors.
  • Creating templates, SOP/best practice guides and archiving files
  • General office management

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Resourceful and hardworking
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently
  • Friendly personality with good communications skills

 

COMPENSATION

  • [RM 3,000- RM 5,000] depending on experience
  • Flexible working hours negotiable
