Sales and Marketing Executive

TenderBoard is on a mission to change how businesses buy and sell. B2B sales is broken in many ways, including:

  1. Cumbersome search for products and services
  2. Not knowing if the proposed prices are fair
  3. Not knowing if a new supplier will hold up his end of the bargain
  4. Ridiculously manual processes

We are building the next generation B2B procurement platform that tackles these challenges head on by connecting buyers to sellers effectively. And it isn't just the buyers that face problems, we are also developing a suite of tools that help suppliers improve their reach and ability to sell.

We are in a growth phase and are looking for nutty people (yet serious about making a difference) to join us in this startup adventure.


TenderBoard has a maturing product and you will be part of a sales team to increase market penetration within Singapore. You will be responsible for:

  • Understanding our product offering and key value propositions
  • Understanding the customer's pain points and how our system can help
  • Managing your sales quota and bringing in new sales
  • Entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Creation and execution of campaigns (emails, cold calls, flyers, SEO etc)
  • Building new customer relationships
  • Maintaining existing customer relationships
  • Maintaining contact information and CRM


  • Love interacting with people/strangers and understanding their perspective
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Not shy and willing to go beyond comfort zone
  • Driven to meet targets
  • 1-2 years of B2B (enterprise, SME) sales experience is a plus
