Responsibilities

  • Responsible for GMV & Sales Revenue
  • Understand sales KPI & apply strategic action plan towards the KPI objectives for growth
  • Monitor & analyze sales, seller, & competitor trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Marketing Management or Business from reputable university (local or overseas)
  • Min. 6 years of working experience as Sales Head/Manager in FMCG, MLM, eCommerce & marketplace industry.
  • Able to establish priorities, manage deadlines, customer & target driven oriented.
  • High team spirit & good experience in leading a team (3-5 person)
