Jewel Paymentech is a financial risk technology company founded in 2014 with a mission to develop intelligent risk solutions for the banking and electronic payments industry. We were seed funded by the Singapore Government (via SPRING) and are VC backed. Our early investors include Wells Fargo.

Our suite of intelligent solutions help the region's largest banks and payment providers conduct merchant due diligence and manage transaction fraud risks using predictive analytics. We also offer automated solutions to large merchants such as online marketplaces, to identify illegal and counterfeit goods as part of their KYC process.

Job Functions

  • Meet and engage with clients across all levels on an on-going basis to ensure their success in using our banking and payment solutions.
  • Execute support, deployments (implementations) and best practice knowledge transfer to our banking, financial insitution and large enterprise clients.
  • Execute daily customer support operations including responding to questions and following up on reported issues
  • Identify opportunities and generate leads for business development
  • Regional travel will be required (~20%)

  • 2-5 years of experience in a business analyst, communications 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong interest in technology (or fintech!)
  • BA/BS degree
