Projects we work on include:

As part of the growth team that directly reports to the founders, you'll have resources, autonomy, and the support of other growth addicts to drive business growth through rapid innovation and experimentation. You'll work in your own interdisciplinary team —together with other growth marketers, product team members, and the rest of the team leads to brainstorm, prioritize, ship, and analyze growth interventions around the OKRs you try to move in a quarter.

Examples of product growth projects you could work on:

• Increasing sales growth through internal process re-engineering including back-end dashboard revamp
• Drive business users in need of scalable talent acquisition solutions by building SEO pages for B2B content
• Drive user acquisition by integrating with other high-traffic platforms with users in need of tech jobs in Asia—similar to how Google Maps and Uber work together
• Automomate the user communication with GetLinks through chatbots on Facebook , Messenger, Intercom, or LINE.


Relevant experience might include:

  • You have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end languages, methods, and frameworks (including Node.js, JavaScript, jQuery, PostgreSQL, CSS, HTML)
  • You have experience working on both desktop and mobile
  • You have experience with (building) instrumentation for A/B testing
  •  You have worked on a product that people love to use, and you know the metrics and interventions to get to that success
  • You’re driven by the impact of your code, not the code itself
  • You have a sense for design and a strong opinion about product 
  • You’re passionate about making the world a happier, healthier place 
  • You’re accustomed to a data-driven, experimentation-oriented approach in a fast paced, agile environment 
  • • You like extreme ownership and autonomy 
  • You like to go from 0 to 1 and enjoy educating others—for example by writing a playbook on how you did it 
  • You’re interested in why something happened, not just what happened
