  • Handling and followup of customers’ enquiries via calls, emails and face-to-face
  • Handle the student’s registration and rescheduling of classes
  • Issue invoices & receipts to customers or organizations
  • Follow up on payment and filing
  • Update and edit student management system
  • Manage office and pantry supplies
  • Data entry, prepare documentation and marketing materials
  • Mails sorting and dispatch arrangements
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time


  • Min. A Level / Diploma
  • Able to converse well in English
  • Well versed in MS office applications
  • Well organised and meticulous
  • A team player with good personality and interpersonal skills
  • Able to start work immediately
